Different "Hypno" Programs
I'd say that this is the biggest one. Often while chatting with other birth professionals am often asked about things that don't have anything to do with Hypnobabies. Many people don't know that there are actually different options/programs/approaches when it comes to using hypnosis for birth.
Aside from the use of the term "Hypno", they could not be more different.

What I know for sure
