Sleep

Ah... the mystery of infant sleep. I've been there, in the throes of sleep deprivation & early rising, with both of my own children. I understand the desperation. This is a time when many new parents are tempted by the idea of Sleep Training.

I want you to meet my good friend Denise - the expert behind the scenes at There's a Monster in my Closet.

She has been studying and teaching on various aspects of behaviour for nearly

two decades. She has a PhD in Anthropology and Biology and turned her attention

to sleep after having her own two little humans and becoming both fascinated and

perplexed by how unnatural sleep can feel in those early years.

Denise is driven to help make sleep less of a mystery for new parents and empower them to make informed decisions when it comes to healthy sleep practices that adhere to their unique Parenting styles and family values.

She offers evidence-based strategies that support your baby's development and are tailored to meet your family's needs and values. These packages help you protect your special bond and attachment.

Her mission is to support families in prioritizing healthy sleep solutions for their household. To help parents understand sleep behaviour and physiology in early development - so they are empowered to make informed decisions surrounding sleep that fit within their unique family values.

This is not a cookie cutter sleep training approach.
