Find What You Need
I appreciate that deciphering who someone is via a website, online reviews, etc has it's limits! For this reason, I've created these short 'elevator speech' videos to help you get a feel for me; the energy I bring, how I speak & explain concepts, etc.

Bringing Baby Home
Preparing your RELATIONSHIP for life with a new baby
The Gottman Institute's evidence-based, research-tested program designed to help prepare couples for life with a baby.
A program designed to teach our children to become responsible, respectful and resourceful members of their communities.
It teaches important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging for both children and adults.
In 2009, I became the first Hypnobabies Instructor in Canada and am now also a 2x Hypno-Mom, having used the program myself for my two very different, yet equally empowering, births.
I am also a DONA trained birth doula with formal training in hypnosis as well as experience working in a busy maternity clinic in Downtown Vancouver.
Inspired by my own journey into parenting, & propelled by my youngest child starting kindergarten, I decided it was time to expand my offerings!
After more than 13 years of empowering families through education, I became a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator as well as a Bringing Baby Home Instructor in 2022.
I am very excited to begin offering additional courses & workshops to new and expecting parents in 2023!
Hear From My Students
We are so grateful to have taken your (Hypnobabies) course and rave about it to everyone who has asked about how our experience was. I’m really glad that once the options we had were presented to us at the hospital, that we knew what each meant and were able to quickly discuss as a couple with a clear mind to make our decisions. I know it definitely wouldn’t have been the case if we didn’t know the terminology or what the procedures meant.
