My Story
In 2009, I became the first Hypnobabies Instructor in Canada and am now also a 2x Hypno-Mom, having used the program myself for my two very different, yet equally empowering, births.
I am also a DONA trained birth doula with formal training in hypnosis as well as experience working in a busy maternity clinic in Downtown Vancouver.
Inspired by my own journey into parenting, & propelled by my youngest child starting kindergarten, I decided it was time to expand my offerings!
After more than 13 years of empowering families through education, I became a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator as well as a Bringing Baby Home Instructor in 2022.
I am very excited to begin offering additional courses & workshops to new and expecting parents in 2023!
